Nega Properties and Motors were founded based on a deep understanding of the Ethiopian market. We observed the rapid pace of development—the construction boom, the increasing number of vehicles, and the global engagement of the Ethiopian diaspora—but we also saw the challenges. Handling high-value assets such as land, homes, and machinery was still a time-consuming, insecure, and largely manual process.

In 2024, our founder, Ermias Nega, along with a team of highly educated Ethiopian programmers, set out to address these challenges. We weren’t just building a website; we were creating a foundation of trust. By thoroughly analyzing the current manual market difficulties, we designed a platform that leverages technology not to replace people, but to ensure security, quality, and a personalized experience for every transaction. Nega acts as a digital bridge, connecting high-quality assets with motivated buyers and renters, all facilitated by an expert brokerage team.
